TVS Supply Chain Solutions has announced the appointment of R Vaidhyanathan as its new Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment will be effective from April 1, 2025.
Vaidhyanathan has been a part of TVS Supply Chain Solutions since January 2019, having joined the company as Group Financial Controller. He went on to become the CFO for India in July 2022. Presently, Vaidhyanathan serves as the Deputy Global CFO and has been working with the company’s financial team for over six years.
In the past, Vaidhyanathan has worked for the Sanmar Group and the Murugappa Group. He is an expert in strategic planning, business analysis, financial reporting, performance management, and much more. Prior to his time with TVS Supply Chain Solutions, he was a part of Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions, which is a part of the Murugappa Group. Vaidhyanathan joined Yanmar in June 2014 as General Manager of Finance and Chief Financial Officer and retained the positions until December 2018.
With his new appointment, Vaidhyanathan will be replacing Raviprakash Bhagavathula, who will step down from the Global CFO on March 31, 2025. Following the change in personnel, Bhagavathula will take over as the Head of Strategic Initiatives and will be based out of Singapore. Both Vaidhyanathan and Bhagavathula will report to Ravi Viswanathan, the Managing Director of TVS Supply Chain Solutions.

We look forward to his leadership in driving our strategic initiatives.”
