Tata Tele Business Services has appointed Mridul Chandra as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective June 2, 2025.

Chandra has been a part of the Tata Group for over 10 years. He joined Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) in July 2015 as Global Human Resources Director. In October 2019, he became a part of Tata Communications as Associate Vice President – Human Resources. This was followed by his ascension to Vice President – Human Resources in August 2022.
“Recently, I wrapped up an incredible journey at Tata Communications—a place that’s been more than just an organization to me. Over the last 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, navigating a progressive career path filled with challenges, achievements, and lifelong learnings,” Chandra posted on LinkedIn.

Before joining the Tata Group, Chandra worked as Associate Director – Human Resources for Colt Technology Services from July 2008 to July 2015. He was also a part of ABN AMRO Bank as Assistant Vice President and HR Business Partner – Consumer Finance from November 2007 to July 2008. Chandra has also been associated with WNS Global Services, Ernst & Young (EY), Wipro Technologies, and Bharat Heavy Electricals in the past.
