On February 28, 2025, Policybazaar announced Santosh Agarwal as the new CEO of Paisabazaar. The digital financial service platform was established in 2014 under PB Fintech.
Agarwal has been part of PB Fintech since October 2011, when she joined Policybazaar as an Assistant Manager. In the past thirteen years, she has climbed the corporate ladder with immense success, taking on various responsibilities.
Apart from her appointment as the Paisabazaar CEO, Agarwal is also the Chief Business Officer for Policybazaar, a position she attained in April 2022. She is also a Director for the organization and the Associate Director of the Cluster Head and Business Unit Head of the organization’s life insurance department.
Given her experience within the life insurance department, Policybazaar is optimistic that Agarwal will lead Paisabazaar to new heights. “When a strong woman leads, she brings vision, resilience, and transformation,” the organization posted on LinkedIn.
“Santosh has not only driven industry-wide impact but has also been an integral part of our growth story. As she takes on this critical role, we have no doubt that her leadership will propel Paisabazaar to new heights,” Paisabazaar added, highlighting the critical role that Agarwal has played for the company in the past thirteen years.
As Paisabazaar’s CEO, Agarwal will be working under the leadership of Yashish Dahiya, the co-founder and CEO of the Policybazaar Group. She will be taking the place of Naveen Kukreja, one of the co-founders of Paisabazaar.
Kukreja will transition to Group Director for PB Fintech while remaining with Paisabazaar as a non-executive director. Agarwal and Kukreja’s appointments are far from the only leadership changes announced by PB Fintech.
On March 31, 2025, Ashutosh Mishra will step down as the CFO of Policybazaar, making way for Vivek Audichya as the new CFO. Audichya himself stepped down as the CFO of Paisabazaar on February 28, 2025, and Neeraj Tripathi has been announced as his replacement.
