Sanjay Ghodawat Group has appointed Santosh Rudrawar as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (GCHRO).

The news of the appointment has also been well received by the company, which proudly announced it on LinkedIn. “With over two decades of HR leadership across Indian and multinational organizations, he [Rudrawar] will focus on transforming SGG’s People function,” Sanjay Ghodawat Group shared. “We extend a warm welcome and look forward to working with him as he becomes a part of the ever-growing OneSGG family.”
Before joining the Sanjay Ghodawat Group, Rudrawar served as a Strategic Advisor for those within the auto ancillary agro industry. He also led the global HR initiatives for Aliaxis from September 2023 to January 2024. In fact, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Ashirvad by Aliaxis from December 2014 to September 2023. During his time with the company, Rudrawar helped build effective HR strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
Rudrawar has also worked with Larsen & Toubro, Spicer India, IAI Industries, Aptech, and KSB Pumps. Throughout his HR career, he has honed his skills as a strategy developer, helping in the creation of companywide policies. He is also skilled in financial analysis, organizational alignment, legal compliance, change management, and much more. Under his guidance, the Sanjay Ghodawat Group aims to improve its HR operations by creating effective people-based strategies.
