At Cipla, Nupur will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational capabilities and developing future-ready talent frameworks. Her cross-industry experience and strong HR acumen equip her to play a pivotal role in advancing Cipla’s workforce strategy amid ongoing transformation in the healthcare landscape.

Nupur joins Cipla following a tenure of over two years at SUN PHARMA, where she held the role of Deputy General Manager – Human Resources.
