Neurealm has promoted Seetharaman Kumar to Global Head – Talent Supply & Workforce Management.

Kumar has been a part of Neurealm since he joined the company in May 2022 as Vice President of Customer Success.
In the past, Kumar has worked for some well-known organisations. From June 2018 to December 2019, he was a part of Larsen & Toubro Infotech as Delivery Head – Cloud and Infra Services – NORDICS. Kumar was also associated with Tech Mahindra for over 8 years. He started at the company in December 2008 as Program Director, and was then promoted to Program Head in July 2013.
From September 2006 to November 2008, Kumar worked with T-Systems ICT India as HEAD of IT-Infrastructure. Before that, he was a Senior Manager at Infosys BPO from 2003 to 2006. Kumar has also worked for IT Solutions, TTSL/PRT/EPRO, and Deutsche Software, along with contractual work with companies like Citibank, VBJ, and I Energizer over the years.
Kumar has a certification for Generative AI for Everyone from DeepLearning.AI, highlighting his commitment towards growth in the field of AI. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) with specialization in HR and Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
