ITC Infotech appointed Rashmi Sharma as General Manager – HR Transformation.

I feel fortunate to have this opportunity to lead a massive transformation program globally for an organisation that not only has a rich legacy but is ferociously ambitious in its growth journey,” Sharma shared on LinkedIn. “I am excited to embark on this journey and be a part of the program that will create lasting change and impact across the organisation!”
The appointment marked the end of Sharma’s six-year journey at Publicis Groupe. She joined the company in April 2019 as Associate Vice President & Head of Human Resources – Indigo Consulting, followed by her switch to Associate Vice President – Talent Products & Strategic People & Culture Projects in February 2021. In July 2022, Sharma became Vice President – Talent and Transformation.
From September 2008 to March 2014, Sharma was a part of Accenture. She joined the company as a Human Resources Representative and was then elevated to become a part of Performance Management Operations in September 2009. In February 2010, she became involved with HR Service Architecture and Management, and then joined the Global Inclusion and Diversity team in December 2011.
In the past, Sharma has also worked for companies like TK Elevator, WNS Global Services, Ugam Solutions, Indiabulls Securities, and Asian Paints. Sharma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, specialising in Human Resource Management and Information Technology.
