Deutsche Bank has promoted Rohit Mogra to Global Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Technology Centers and Corporate Functions Technology Group.

Mogra has been a part of Deutsche Bank for over eight years. He joined the company in January 2017 as Vice President, HR – Jaipur Site HR Head as well as Head HR – Risk, Asset Management, Compliance and AFC and KYC team. In August 2019, he bid the two roles goodbye and became Head HR – India Technology Team and Pune Site HR Head.
With over 25 years of experience in HR, Mogra has worked across industries like technology, investment banking, e-commerce, telecom, ITES, and manufacturing. His areas of expertise include talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management and operations. For the past decade, he has played an active role in business and HR leadership teams.
Before Deutsche Bank, Mogra was a part of Myntra. He joined the company in April 2015 as Assistant Vice President – HR Supply Chain and then became Director HR – Myntra in January 2016.
Mogra was also a part of Airtel for over seven years, from July 2007 to April 2015. He started at the telecom company as HR Business Partner – Airtel Rajasthan. In May 2011, Mogra was appointed as Head HR – Airtel Rajasthan, followed by his appointment as Head HR – Airtel Karnataka in June 2013.
In the past, Mogra has also worked at Genpact as Assistant Manager -Employee Relations and Bosch as Senior Officer Human Resources. He completed his Postgraduate Certification in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2010.
