ABB has appointed Vaibhav Srivastava as HR Head – India.

Srivastava has been working with ABB for well over 17 years. He joined the company in October 2007 as HR Business Partner – Power Systems, and was then elevated to Assistant Vice President, Human Resources – High Voltage Products in October 2010. In June 2013, he became the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, Transformers, followed by his appointment as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources – Low Voltage Products Division in October 2014.
From December 2016, Srivastava worked as Division HR Head, Electrification Products, until he was made Head HR, ABB GISPL, India, in April 2017. His last role change prior to his latest appointment was when he became Global HRBP – Operation Centers and Common Functions, Process Automation, in August 2019. Throughout his years at ABB, Srivastava has shown his expertise in HR strategy, people policies, corporate governance, labour relations, and much more.
From May 2005 to October 2007, Srivastava was a Manager for HR with Mahindra & Mahindra. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, specialising in Human Resources.
