ASK Asset & Wealth Management, a Blackstone-backed company, has appointed Amit Singh as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Singh has worked in HR roles within the financial sector for over two decades. As such, he is well-versed with the intricacies surrounding retail, wholesale, asset management, investment banking, private equity, securities and shared services. an expert in strategic human resources leadership, performance management, and HR digital ecosystems, he focuses on sustainable growth and talent development.
Before ASK, Singh was a part of PNB Housing Finance, having joined the company in December 2021 as Chief People Officer. From May 2017 to November 2021, he was the Head of Human Resources for SBI Mutual Fund.
For over a decade, Singh worked at IDFC FIRST Bank. He joined the company in November 2006 as a Specialist in Human Resources. In April 2008, he was appointed Senior Specialist of Human Resources. Singh transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President in May 2010 and was then made the Director and Business HR Head in April 2014. In the past, he has also worked for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Blue Star Infotech.
