REA India, the owner of platforms like Housing.com and PropTiger.com, announced the appointment of Amit Chand as its Chief Financial Officer. As part of REA India’s Executive Leadership Team, he will oversee finance, risk assurance, legal and compliance, and procurement.
With over two decades of experience, Chand brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and business expansion. As the new CFO, he will focus on strengthening financial operations, enhancing capital efficiency, and supporting the company’s continued growth and innovation in the digital real estate ecosystem. Chand’s appointment has been welcomed by the company’s leadership, including Dhruv Agarwala, the Group CEO of Housing.com & PropTiger.com.

Before his time with REA India, Chand served as the CFO for TCNS Clothing Company from November 2020 to March 2025. He was also the CFO for TravelTriangle as well as a technology-driven startup backed by Elevation Capital. From November 2013 to April 2016, he worked as the Founder and CEO of Brandscape Fashion. Chand has also been associated with W for Women, Peter England People, Madura Garments, and the Aditya Birla Group.
