Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, announced the appointment of Rohit Kishore as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Hero Enterprise has also shared its confidence in the appointment of Kishore through a heartfelt LinkedIn post. “Rohit brings extensive experience of 21+ years in Strategy, Business Development, and Planning, with a successful history at Eldeco Properties, Lotus Greens Developers, MARS Development & M3M India. His expertise will be invaluable as we strive to reach new heights,” the post read. “Please join us in welcoming Rohit to our team and anticipating a bright future ahead!
Kishore is no stranger to an executive position or the real estate industry. Prior to his appointment with Hero Realty, he served as the CEO for Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties from January 2019 to March 2025. He has also worked with Lotus Greens Developers, having joined the company in August 2013 as the Vice President of Strategy, a position he retained until November 2016. In December 2016, he became the company’s Strategy and Business Development Director and was appointed Chief Operations Officer in March 2017.
During his time in the real estate industry, Kishore has also worked for Mars Development Consulting, M3M India, Bharti Realty, and Unitech. With plenty of experience in strategy and business development, Kishore is known for his skills in negotiation, business planning, market research, management, and mergers and acquisitions.
