Bombay Shaving Company has appointed Archana Rajan as its Chief People Officer. Rajan started working with the company in February 2025 and has expressed happiness with the opportunity.

With over two decades of experience in the field of HR, Rajan will focus on people and culture, talent management, and organizational design during her time with Bombay Shaving Company.

Rajan previously worked for Jio as the Head of HR, focusing on strategic and large-scale operations. After joining the telecommunication company in April 2019, she focused on HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, transformation, and policies.
Having served as the HR Director of Takshashila Consulting from October 2014 to March 2019, Rajan is no stranger to leadership roles in the HR domain. She has also worked with TBWA India, Nucleus Software Exports, and Trivaan.
