Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Certification in travel and tourism (e.g., IATA, TAAI) is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using travel booking systems and software.
  • Knowledge of geography, cultures, and travel regulations.
