Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and quality control.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001).
  • Proven experience in managing production teams, providing leadership, and improving production efficiency.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and production management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
