We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage the organization’s network infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network solutions.

In this position, you will ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity across all departments through advanced network configurations, security protocols, and cloud solutions. 

Ultimately, you will mentor junior members of the team and troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce network security policies, including firewall configurations, VPN setup, and intrusion detection.

  • Conduct network assessments and capacity planning to support future business growth and scalability.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for easy reference and compliance.
  • Monitor network performance and apply patches and updates as necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain secure and compliant network infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), routing, and switching.
  • Proficiency in network security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.
  • Experience with cloud networking and SD-WAN solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to network security in India.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP are highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-stakes network issues.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to mentor team members.
