  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), firewalls, and routing/switching concepts.
  • Experience with network security solutions, including VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SD-WAN is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and support staff.
