We are looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to join the organization and optimize the HR processes. You will be responsible for managing and improving the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) that support the HR department’s core functions. 

In this role, you will collaborate with HR professionals, IT teams, and external vendors to improve the functioning of the HRIS in use. The system must be user-friendly, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards in India. 

You will also analyze HR data and provide insights that help improve HR operations, streamline workflows, and drive strategic decision-making. This requires excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and implement system upgrades.
  • Provide user support and training to HR staff on HRIS functionalities and processes.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, payroll, and benefits data.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HRIS software like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and data privacy regulations related to HR systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualization.
