Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in the Indian market.
  • Proficiency in estimation software like BuildSmart, Microsoft Project, or Estimator 2.0.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and Indian building codes.
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgetary practices within the Indian construction sector.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
