Netflix India has welcomed Aneesha Mukhopadhaya as its Consumer Insights Lead. Mukhopadhaya shared the happy news in February 2025 and has started working with the OTT platform.
Before her appointment with Netflix, Mukhopadhaya was the Research and Insights Lead for Amazon Prime Video from July 2022 to February 2025. She has over 15 years of experience and has worked with Unilever, Kantar, and McCann Erickson.
Mukhopadhaya has expressed her excitement about the appointment and is looking forward to the new opportunities.
“Thrilled to share that I’ve joined Netflix India as the Consumer Insights Lead for India! Looking forward to diving deep into insights, collaborating with incredible teams, and contributing to Netflix’s fantastic journey in India,” she shared on LinkedIn.
Additionally, Mukhopadhaya shared her gratitude towards her previous team and how the company helped her grow. “After an incredible chapter at Amazon Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios, it’s time for me to turn the page and embrace a new opportunity. It has been an absolute privilege to be part of the team and play even a small part in creating and bringing iconic stories to our audiences,” she shared.
“What I will cherish the most is the time spent with the fantastically talented, brilliant people I had the joy of working with. Your passion and camaraderie have made this journey truly special,” Mukhopadhaya added.
