Qualifications

  • Certification from a recognized fitness training program (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA).
  • A degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and nutrition.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Proficient in designing personalized workout plans.
